Westwood/Little Holmby is a commercial and residential neighborhood in the northern central portion of the Westside region of LA. Westwood has many attractions: UCLA, Westwood Park, Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery, and the Geffen Playhouse. Residents love the area’s walkability and the wide variety of restaurants and entertainment available in the Village, including the Hammer Museum and Diddy Riese, where you can still get a cookie for $.75.

There are several schools in the area. Public schools include Fairburn Elementary, Warner Avenue Elementary, Westwood Charter Elementary, and Ralph Waldo Emerson Middle. Private schools are St Paul the Apostle and Sinai Akiba Academy. The area is also zoned for University High.
