Beverlywood

Beverlywood was once part of Beverly Hills but split off in 1940 to become a planned community. This pedestrian-friendly neighborhood has tree-lined streets and many beautiful homes. The Beverlywood Homes Association owns and maintains several private parks in the area, which are gated and only accessible to Beverlywood residents. The neighborhood has resisted major development thanks to the robust homeowners’ association. Home to perennial neighborhood favorites, Fred’s Bakery and Factor’s Famous Deli, Beverlywood residents enjoy a small community feel within the larger westside of Los Angeles.

Public Schools in the area include Canfield Elementary and Castle Heights Elementary.
